Orders are typically shipped within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping costs vary depending on order amount and location; they will be disclosed during the ordering process.
Cargo Company
Products are shipped via contracted courier companies. You will be provided with a tracking number and tracking number.
Delivery Time
After you place your order, delivery time may vary depending on your location. It usually takes 1–3 days within the city and 2–5 days for intercity deliveries.
Damage / Missing Delivery
If the product arrives with damaged packaging or missing items, you must have the cargo officer draw up a report and contact us within 24 hours.
