Return policy


Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt (including VAT and shipping costs, packaging intact).

Return Criteria

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Returns may not be accepted for gift, discounted or special items (depending on the product description).

  • Return requests must be submitted in writing to customer service.

Return Procedures

Once the returned product reaches our returns center, it will be inspected. If deemed acceptable, your payment will be refunded (within 7 business days, depending on the payment method). Shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the returning user, but if the error is the company's fault, this fee may be covered.
